How long will Jaden have my cans?
Most orders are returned within 30-90 minutes after pickup. On busy days, Jaden will keep the timeline updated. Cans are never kept overnight.
What if my trash has not been picked up yet?
No problem. Your order can stay in waiting for cans to be empty. You can also tap My cans are empty now or leave instructions if only certain cans are ready.
Does Jaden enter gates or backyards?
No. For safety, cans must be left at the curb, driveway, or outside any gate/fence. Jaden does not enter homes, garages, locked gates, fenced yards, or backyards.
What if I have a dog?
Please secure pets before pickup and return. If Jaden sees a loose pet or unsafe situation, he may pause the job and contact you.
What if the can is extremely dirty?
There is no surprise dirty-can fee. If a can has unsafe material, sharp objects, chemicals, or anything that cannot be cleaned safely, Jaden may pause and contact you.
Can I pay upfront?
Yes. You can pay in full upfront.
Can I pay a deposit?
Yes. You can pay a $5-per-can deposit and pay the remaining balance after the cans are returned.
What kind of cans can be cleaned?
Green trash cans, blue recycling cans, and similar outdoor cans as long as they are empty and accessible.
Can I add Jaden Cleans to my phone like an app?
Yes, and it is free. On iPhone, tap the Share button in Safari or Chrome, then tap Add to Home Screen. On Android, tap the three-dot browser menu and choose Add to Home screen or Install app. You will get a Jaden Cleans icon that opens the site like a real app. You can also tap How to install in the banner at the top of the page for step-by-step help.
