Cans must be empty and accessible before cleaning can begin.

Jaden does not enter homes, garages, locked gates, fenced yards, backyards, or private enclosed areas. Customers should not leave gate codes in the app.

Pets must be secured before pickup and return. Unsafe conditions may pause or cancel service.

No cans are kept overnight. Weather, daylight, trash pickup delays, or capacity may affect the schedule.

Same price; no surprise dirty-can fee. Hazardous material, sharp objects, chemicals, or unsafe cans may be declined or paused.

Cleaning improves appearance and odor but may not remove permanent stains, scratches, paint, discoloration, or long-term odor completely.

Card payment details are handled by the checkout provider and are not stored by Jaden Cleans.
